Overview
The I.S.L.E. Erasmus Networks project was approved by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the EU in 2010 for a duration of 3 years.
- The transfer and comparison of know-how between consortium members on Sustainable Development;
- A "State of the Art" of teaching of Sustainable Development in 28 European countries;
- The publication of “Good practices” and “Innovation practices” compendia;
- A “Professional Practice and Sustainable Development” survey sent to European companies in 30 countries;
- A “Professional Practice and Sustainable Development” fair (66 stands) held in Lisbon;
- The set up of new pedagogical tools inlcuding the "ISLELearn" MOODLE platform;
- Guidelines for academics on how to introduce the concept of Sustainable Development into their teaching programs,
- An I.S.L.E label for teaching programs oriented or related to Sustainable Development.
